Preparation: create Evernote and Google Drive accounts and setup syncīesides using Evernote, Google Drive is an excellent tool for students and the best part is that it can be used alongside of Evernote by using cloudHQ to sync the two cloud services together. The students can work on their assignments using Evernote or collaborate via Google Docs. Then you, as a teacher, can hand out content to the students via a shared Evernote notebook. Then you need to setup the sync, create notebooks and share the notebooks and corresponding Google Drive folders with students. For this setup, you basically need Evernote and Google Drive accounts for the teacher and students and one cloudHQ account to sync, replicate and backup data.
